Abatron Game Characters and Models

Hi, everyone i'm loving sketchfab and wanted to post some of our WIP models for our small indie game Abatron.
Abatron is a fresh new take on hybrid gameplay. You can switch between FPS and RTS at anypoint while playing. Our mission is to bring FPS & RTS players together in a fun and unique way. =)

We use Substance Painter as our primary texturing tool.

First up is our Rocketbelly, a massive disgusting beast.
We are trying out different ideas for his toxic puss boils. Also for fun, we've added blendshape for facial animation.

64k faces I see you are aiming at AAA game :wink:. Still for me waste of VRAM space this mesh can be optimize without harm to the character .

Looks pretty cool, but I agree on the high polycount. It might become a problem if a couple of these units are active at the same time.
I'm pretty sure there is quite some potential for optimization without losing any visible detail :smile:
