Baked map offset

Strangely enough I cannot manage to get baked maps accurately placed. The maps seem to be slightly offset resulting in undesirably bleeds and offset of shadows.

I used to bake the textures in 3dsmax with vray export the model with the sketchfab plugin and apply the texture manually.

Does anyone experience the same or did a

I see this model on your account and it looks ok. Are you still having trouble?

I solved the problem by creating a new block shaped base. No idea what caused the lightmap offset as in 3dsmax it looked allright.
