BUG?: Hotkey annotation cycling only works after an annotation is selected

(Swami Mathtraveler) #1

J/K (or fn+Up/Down cursor arrows) nicely cycle thru annotation, but not until focus is given to annotations (at least that's how it seems). Also, the cycling feature is not obviously documented anywhere (I just searched possibilities and got "lucky").

Hi, I see this is a very old thread, but I am wondering if a similar issue happening again. If I load an annotated scene, I can't step through the annotations with either the onscreen arrows or the hotkeys. I have to click on the 'Select an annotation' button first, which seems very clunky.

Has it always been this way and I never noticed?

I tried this in Chrome, Firefox and Safari in MacOS 10.12.6
