Disabled models on Premium account

We have bought Premium account but our models still stay disabled.

Some days ago you disable our models. Your manager (Sarah) sad we have to buy Premium plan if we are a big company. Our company has an annual revenue less then 100K - that’s why we were on Free plan. We’ve wrote to her to explain a situation.There was no answer so we bought a Premium plan. But nothing was changed - models are still disabled. Your manager (Sarah) doesn’t answer on our e-mails. What’s the problem ?!
