You need make more precise rules about what is allowed. By favorite workflow in my case will be fully retopologed baked model with map set from scanned model. Not sure it qualify as scanned model or not - its low poly with map set isn’t?
Glad to be at last part of 3D challange

Glad you could join the challenge @jurand_m and thanks for your suggestion. If a technique is not allowed, we will mention it in the rules. And if you ever want clarification on what’s allowed, the challenge thread is a great place to ask.

You’re entries were amazing and filled our heads with imaginings of faraway places. The quality of scans made judging very challenging!

And the winner is...

Silver Sailboat by @nikska

Here’s what the judges had to say about it:

“A neat scan of a tricky (tiny+shiny) subject with a really nice scene setup that evokes a seaside life out on the waves :sailboat: - Tom (@nebulousflynn)

“Scanning such a small object that well is witchcraft! A job well done :+1” - Warkarma (@warkarma)

“Very good scan, especially the small details and thins features! That it’s a shiny object makes it even more impressive.” - Phil (@saphires)

Aaw, I should have caught this one.
