Please, we need help about this error by clicking on the Skechfab icon:

I'm sorry, I don't understand what are you asking.

Max 2010 is not supported. This script needs .net libraries which ship with newer max versions.

I think my confusion could be origin because the Sketchfab web information:

Fixed it as well. I've confirmed it works with max 2012. If somebody has max 2011 and is willing to try, please report here if it works.
Keep in mind max 2010 has been released in 2009 and is 7 years old. That doesn't mean the software can't do what you might need, but it's pretty hard when developing scripts to keep supporting all max versions.
