I have a binary FBX file created from the FBX SDK (so by code) but every transparent materials are rendered opaque by default. I have to manually set the transparency of each material in Sketchfab.
I'm not using a texture to do the transparency, it's only driven by the transparency factor and the transparency color of the materials.
Also in the Fbx review application the transparency is rendered correctly, so it seems the TransparencyFactor values in the FBX are not used in Sketchfab.
