Hello, a while ago I requested a username change and it worked, I received a new username URL but here on the forum it never changed, I’ve tried to log out and log in, clear cookies/cache, but it doesn’t sync with my sketchfab profile.

Did you also change your email address by any chance? I updated your forum name manually.

Ah then that’s the reason - email is the primary identifier. If you change that, then we have no idea who you are anymore on the forum
