Fresnel color, specular control inside clearcoat options

I realized that the clearcoat option has great potential for Fresnel color, but when you change the roghness it disappears at the highest settings (because the specular stays at 1), and when the roughness stays at 0 it creates the best fresnel color but a sharp reflection of the hdr , so it might be great to control the specular inside of the clearcoat options. It could be useful on fabrics and silk, on peach fuzz of fruits, on skin, and on sci fi materials, etc.

Did you try Sheen channel ?
Its purpose is exactly “fabrics and silk, on peach fuzz” effects
