I have payed for subscription but my account didn't upgrade

Hi,

I payed for premium subscription two time last night. It seems that my account still not upgrade to premium after 15 hours.

I’ve subscribed premium plan before, it will upgrade immediately, have anyone met the same problem recently?

I messaged help center but this problem doesn’t solve yet.

Hi there, I am not sure if the payment and account activation system is automated , but it might be a case that accounts are not activated over the weekends as there may not be the relevant staff working over the weekend.
I am sure someone will sort this out for you soon, hang tight
