Medieval Training Ground Idea

Hello Everyone
I am planning to take part in the sketch fab medieval contest and I have a initial idea that I would like to share with you.

The idea is a Medieval Training Ground. Where knights, warriors, witches and workers will prepare for battle for whether is behind the mountains. A number of assets including weapons, tables, chairs and more will be produced for this project. I was thinking about modelling small stalls for displaying weapons and snacks with training dummies surrounding the scene. I have attached some sketches of assets that I could use for this project. Any feedback for my idea will be greatly appreciated.

With the character design, maybe change the shape of the arm that is going out horizontally as the arms look like sticks when compared to the dimensions of the main body.
