Model stretched in the viewer

When I upload my model from blender, it gets deformed and doesn’t show the animation. I’ve done a couple of other uploads in the same way but with no problem. Can it be a bug? I’ve been trying to solve it but it’s always the same with that model.


Hey. Sounds like a problem with scaling, make sure your scaling is applied so xyz is all 1.1.1,combination%20of%20transformations%20to%20apply.

Have you baked the animation before exporting?

Also, please check if you’re not using any modifiers in your scene - we won’t be able to process them. If possible, apply them before uploading.

I changed “- Z Forward” to “Z Forward” (among other things) and now it’s solved. I think it was that. Thank you!
