We are deeply sorry for your inconvenience, and I assure you we are profoundly vested in solving the issue. The problem is that in web development, there are layers on top of layers at any given time. This issue happens so deep in one of those layers that we can’t easily apply a fix from our topmost layer at which we develop sketchfab. I know this is no consolation, but I just wanted to explain why this issue is not something we can quickly fix on our end.
