New User, need help for Shader upload

Hello Every one !

I'm a new user and i need help to uplaod my model.

I use the cinema 4D plugin to upload files but i have problems.

First, online, there is no nurbs to smooth polygons, do you know why ? Do i have to convert to object each nurbs ?

Second, rendering isn't really great. Glass is black, steel is not shinning...

Please can you give me some advice or help too uplaod a great model ?

@Swift Sketchfab only targets real time rendering; we therefore do not handle "smooth" surfaces and expect to process polygonal meshes. That's an issue that's popped a few times so we might implement surface tesselation at some point though. In the meantime, you indeed need to do this prior to uploading your model.
Our exporters should probably handle that automatically (cc @james, any thought about this?).

Regarding rendering, we have nice articles for transparency, materials and PBR. You currently only have plain colors and no textures; it can give nice rendering but not as good as proper PBR textures.

I don't think the C4D plugin automatically tessellates nurbs, but I doubt it.
