No confirmation emails

Created new account for client today, cannot confirm it because conf emails are not reaching their destination, meaning can’t save the work we did this afternoon nor can we upgrade the account. Is anyone aware of this issue and the ETA to fix it?

Confirmed, there is an issue with the emails. We’re looking in to it, but I’m afraid I cannot give an ETA to a resolution.

@ironbelly I can manually activate the account/email. What is the username?

I had the same problem, I was able to confirm an account only using a gmail account. Hotmail and outlook for some reason does not send a connection
