Normal Texture import -- not acting 'normal'

I’ve noticed that when I create a great material in Substance Painter–using 5-6 different channels (textures), the normal one doesn’t really create the 3d effect it should in Sketchfab. Is there a tip or trick to get it to read properly? I’m pretty positive SP has created a proper normal…I typically do not use OpenGL version, I use the default selection.

Normals are reading flat. What gives?
