PBR Shaders - upload models

I was testing a very reflective material on a teapot.
Teh 3dsmax offline render has a super glossy high reflective material on it.

After uploading, the shader at sketchfab looks very dull.

Is there anything else I have to consider before publishing to sketchfab?
I am using the free 3dsmax plugin.

Do you have some screenshots of what it looks like in 3dsmax vs what it looks like in sketchfab?
That would be helpful in figuring out what needs to be changed.

Sounds to me that you have picked the wrong setting on Sketchfab. But this is just a guess
