Photoscan UV texture problem

Hi ! I get a beautiful sharp texture in Photoscan with mangled UVs. When I replace the hi poly model with a low poly, UVed model, the texture isnt perfectly registered. I have tried retopogizing and making UVs within max, 3d coat and Zbrush and the best result was in Zbrush, but its not good enough. Please see the attached files

Hmmm weird. And the texture looks OK on the original hi poly scan?

Have you tried baking the textures from the hi-res > lo-res in another software?
