Currently, annotations are not supported on point clouds. They need a face to "stick to".

One solution could be adding a mesh in another software, creating annotations, then making the mesh 100% transparent.
Can I add a mesh after upload Pointcloud here?
Or I have to build a mesh with pointcloud outside before upload
