Problem at Checkout

Trying to purchase a model but it keeps giving an error at checkout:

“We aren’t able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method.”

Tried with different browsers, same issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
