Tucked away in the 3D Properties is the 'Camera Field of View' setting. It's a powerful way to control the amount of perspective and distortion in your scene.
The default setting is 60 degrees:
Here I've gone overboard a bit with a huge value (you will have to compensate a change in FoV with zooming in or out of your scene):
You can even dial the FoV all the way down to 1 degree to create an Orthogonal view of your scene:
