I can’t get sketchfab to save tags. I’ve experienced this before.
Using Firefox 75.0 64 bit on Ubuntu. I have no add-ons installed.

The issue was, that to convert the text to a tag, the ‘enter’ key must be pressed. It was not enough to edit the field and navigate to another field.
