Scanlines filter?

Simply question. I'm working on a model based on the VA-11 HALL-A videogame (if you don't know it you must!) and want to put a "scanline" / ctr screen effect, but i'm afraid it's impossible. There isn't a post processing filter like this, so, its any way to do it?

Hi,

We hope to offer an "overlay" feature in the future, so you could add logos, watermarks, custom frames, and effects on top of the viewer. Do you think something like that could meet your needs?
