I've been collecting Game & Watch games for years and decided to scan them for 3D Scanning Thursday. By taking about 60 pictures and running them through Autodesk Recap360 I got a fairly good result. Afterwards, I cropped the scene in Blender using the Bisect tool and then added a slight sharpen camera effect on Sketchfab to enhance the textures.

It even got featured on the Nintendo Reddit where it gathered thousands of views in a few hours smile

What do you think?

@alexanderesmith I've fixed your screenshot, it was showing as a while embed (just took a 'screenshot' while editing it).

Hi All

Im A HUGE Nintendo fan and did a model of Donkey Kong not to long ago ( based on the DKCR art style ) The model is rigged and has some animations so I included three poses in my Sketchfab scene.

I just finished this off yesterday, so ace timing. I love Luigi's Mansion, and I love Resi Evil, so made a Nintendo-ey mashup.

@glenatron that model is just SO awesome. It wasn't until I zoomed out that I really appreciated how much detail you put in!

I was browsing around Deviant-art and saw an amazing drawing of Peach done in the wind waker style. And it inspired me to make this.

Hi there!
Nice to see some video game memorabilia. I just finished this 3d model and I hope is OK to posted here. This is not a Nintendo machine, but also a video game from the '90 with tons of fans. The Neo-Geo. They were popular at the arcades around the time the NES came out.
