Substance Painter - grey Areas

Hello there,

as I was baking my ambient occlusion mesh maps, this weird grey areas appeared. My normals are good and I don’t really know what’s the cause of this. I thought about ngons but after applying the SBS modifier in Blender everything seems to be clean.

There are plenty similar posts on the Substance Painter Reddit. I didn’t really find a solution so I ended up with a bit of a workaround:
Export your AO map from Substance Painter and manually correct the glitchy areas. (I did it in Blender, texture painting.)
