The number of credits for the month of May has not been updated

Hi. See last month I signed up for a plus account, I spent nine credits. Today they have charged me 9 euros a month, but the credit limit for the month of May has not been updated and is still one. Is it normal that the day I am charged the monthly payment of the account plus the credit limit is not updated?

Credits not updating on time? Sounds normal to me, it usually sorts itself out within a couple of days!! :roll_eyes:

If you search back through the forum it has been a regular issue for the lower level account users, particularly Basic users who can only publish one non-downloadable model per month.
