Time travel & Plasmids

Hey guys!

I wanted to share with you the project I am working on in my spare time :smile:
I am a huge fan of Bioshock and its amazing universe, so I began to work on a crossover (you will quickly guess with what :wink:) in the style of Rapture.

The scene will be pretty "huge" so I am working independantly on some parts before optimizing them to make the scene render smooth on Sketchfab

Here are the 3 first parts:

  • The wall:

I still have some difficulties with UV unwrapping (still a lot to learn) and the topology could be much better (I didn't do any retopology yet)

The idea was to see how it looks :smile:

The whole scene is almost modeled, but only these two parts are textured for now :smile: still need a lot of time!

Part1 - really i do not know how close main character will be to those walls but i will make everything on normal maps.
Part2 - if this is something on 2-3th plan, I advice to reduce the vertex count on curved shapes at least a half.
Part3 - engraving text into surface do not require to make it with the mesh you can use normal maps. And you can remove at least 144 vertices from the base of this text :wink:

Beside the mash models looks like from original franchise :wink:. Good work.
