Yoda Vs Dooku animation - Mieke Roth

(Miekeroth) #1

It's a gamble (my main specialty is modeling/3d illustration), but I am going to try to make an animation of the fight between Yoda and Dooku.
First thing to model are the characters .

Wow you work fast, looking good

(Miekeroth) #5

thanks! being able to work fast is a bit of a pitfall for me  I easily tend to aim a bit too high! We'll see how far I get.

I'm still learning so I am often slower then I'd like to be, but I do what I can
Good luck

Hi @miekeroth, good to see you're joining us! Surprise of the day: Yoda has legs!!

(Miekeroth) #9

yup! The rest is a bit of a guess but his hands, feet and head are known. And his proportions of course

(Miekeroth) #10

that's it for today.

Always take a step back  I now see that his head needs to be bigger..

(Bart) #12

I guess it's about time for the weekend!

(Miekeroth) #13

But the proportions still weren't right. I think I have them now:

Now I can start working on Dooku. If I am finished with him, I will make the scene.
After that I am going to make the animation and after that I will add the details.
If there is still time.

edit: I wrote this post before I published the model. I don't know if you see the "login to.." or the model itself. But: if you see the first thing, you can click on that and still go to the model.

@bartv is there a limitation on the amount of frames in animation?
